Learning Mentor Person Specification
To be considered you must be a directed graduate who has school-based experience from a previous role and achieved well in your degree, having earned at least a second class degree. You must possess the ability to inspire those around you and a real enthusiasm for your subject. The Headteacher wants to recruit a Learning Mentor with an infectious enthusiasm and a calm, patient approach. We want to recruit a graduate who has the skills to be a real source of inspiration to children and remain calm and collected when communicating ideas to a large group.

About the Learning Mentor Role
In this Learning Mentor position you will be helping to nurture the social and academic development of a group of bright children who have SEMH requirements.
