We are an award-winning solutions company providing our services to the commercial and domestic sector who now are seeking an Operations Administrator to assist us on a temporary basis.
In return, you will receive an hourly rate of GBP8.50p/h - GBP10.50p/h. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with free parking and holiday pay.
Based near Bordon we have been established for over 40 years and supply our services into over 8 industry sectors from CCTV to Piping.
The main duties for the Operations Administrator role will include:
Assisting with job packs
Making calls to sub-contractors
Checking and replying on daily emails
Filing of all documents
To be considered for the Operations Administration role, you will have proven experience working in an administration role in an office environment. If you have worked within the service sector then this is preferable. You will need to be available to start ASAP and happy to commit to an ongoing requirement. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and have good PC skills including Excel.
