Our client; who work within the beauty industry and now experiencing a substantial period of growth are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Hayes.
Reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager you will provide administrative support to the Account Managers and Sales Team whilst interacting with internal departments; other duties will include:
- Preparing for meetings; personalising PowerPoint presentations, printing and binding, preparing any samples that may be needed
- Creating custom price lists for each customer
- Ordering and keeping track of orders for special accounts
- Organising sales meetings, brochures, catering etc.
- Raising purchase orders
- General administrative support
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills. You must be a team player and prepared to continuously place the customers interests at the centre of each decision you make. Previous administrative experience is necessary and you must be advanced with using Microsoft office.
