The Team

Streamline is our dedicated Legal Process Improvement (LPI) service. The team use "process mapping" to deconstruct even the most complex legal transactions or matters and opens up conversations about client requirements, resourcing, pricing and training. The team facilitate and empower legal teams to collectively identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability within their practice.

The Legal Project Manager will spearhead the development of our "Process Systems People" approach to improving the way we deliver our service.

The Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to use your process improvement, business analysis and project management skills to help shape the future of legal services delivery through working with one of the sector's most innovative firms. It's a high profile and demanding role with 360?? visibility.

Who we're looking for

You will have extensive experience leading projects, change management and dealing with senior business stakeholders in professional services sector. You should have a solid understanding of business requirements process. A project management and/or Change qualification would be desirable.

The role will involve direct client contact therefore excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Project and possibly Nimbus process mapping software although this is not a "must have".

An excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver a high quality of work is necessary.
