Business Development Manager - Contact Centre Outsourcing
To GBP55K Basic + Car Allowance + Bonus
Our Client is a well known Contact Centre Outsourcer with multiple sites in the UK and Globally. This is a new role within the Business Development team and will be working alongside 3 other BDM's (as well as Operations, Project Management and Client Services), each with their own Vertical target market. This particular role will focus on the UK Financial Services sector.
Specifically, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the Financial Services sector, establishing and managing partnerships both internally and externally to support the UK Sales divisional objectives as well as ensuring that the Executive Team is kept up to date with industry trends and market developments.
In terms of who we are looking for, you'll be an experienced Business Development professional with a background in Contact Centre Outsourcing. Ideally, you'll be able to demonstrate substantial experience of selling BPO services into the Financial sector, have strong program management experience and have a very good understanding of the Financial Services, Shared Services and Banking sector market. You'll have had success in driving social selling campaigns and be an accomplished negotiator. Our Client is a sizeable entity and candidates will need to have had experience of selling big ticket sales. The successful candidate can be Home Based or if they prefer, base themselves at one of my Clients existing sites (London/Hampshire/Cambridgeshire). Flexibility to travel is important.
