Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd are currently seeking a confident and enthusiastic Temporary Sales Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic team within an exciting and well established company in Goring on Thames. The purpose of this role is to efficiently deal with customer requests via email and telephone in a timely manner and process customer orders accurately. This position is a varied, diverse and fast paced role which would suit any candidate who would like to develop their commercial career, skill set and experience.

Job Title: Temporary Sales Administrator
Location:Goring on Thames
Contract: 6 - 8 Weeks
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP8.00 - GBP10.00 per hour
Start date: ASAP

Key Duties and Responsibilities;
*To process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
*To deal with all customer service enquiries in a professional manner
*To efficiently deal with customer requests via email and telephone
*Organise dispatches
*Coordinate collections/deliveries
*Providing necessary sales reports to agents
*Assist sales team as directed
*General office administration
*Ad Hoc office duties

Candidate Specification;
*Previous Sales Administration experience
*Previous Customer Service experience
*Strong IT skills
*Use of Sage Line (200) and Microsoft Office is desirable
*Exceptional communicational and organisational skills

The successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner and respond to and resolve any queries received quickly and efficiently. You will be able to use your own initiative to collaborate effectively with internal staff and work together to meet mutual goals
