SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Intapp is looking to hire an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our friendly professional team based in the City of London.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented customer service focused professional to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment who will manage our corporate accounting operations and contribute to the continuing success of the Company. This position reports to the Sr. Controller who is located in the USA.

As the Sr, Accounting Manager you will have a broad range of responsibilities involving many aspects of the monthly accounting close and financial operations. This will include supporting the Sr. Controller in process improvement, international consolidations of our UK subsidiaries and one Australian subsidiary, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of accomplishments from a rapidly growing global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the UK monthly close including international consolidations, accounts payable, standard and non-standard accruals, prepaid expense and fixed asset accounting, expense reports, balance sheet account reconciliations, and monthly accounting allocations.

* Manage the UK payroll and payroll related items with assistance from the outsourced Accounting firm.

* Manage and participate in the improvement of the Company's corporate credit card program, including reconciliations and journal entries.

* Manage UK monthly accounting and reporting, working with internal and external accounting teams

* Assist the Sr. Controller with audits, various tax filings and review of supporting documentation and various analysis

* Support external audits by providing supporting schedules, reconciliations, pulling selections and interfacing with external auditors as required

* Partner with various department leads and the US corporate accounting team regularly to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer and vendor invoices and drive improvements with the accounting processes

* Participate in department and inter-departmental process improvement and documentation

* Prepare and file various VAT and Australia GST returns

* Work with internal and external teams for P11D and PSA reporting.

* Assist with customer collections efforts as needed

* Ensure proper tracking of UK employee leave balances.

* Assist in the preparation of various close related reporting for presentation to Sr. Controller and CFO.

* Participate and lead other ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements/Skills

* 7-10 plus years professional finance/accounting experience required.

*Extensive experience with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice required. Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP strongly preferred.

* Experience with NetSuite and Concur preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance required. Chartered Accountant (ACA) strongly preferred

* Management experience strongly preferred

* Excellent internal and external customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, and diplomacy

* Self-Starter with experience working within a high growth, fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

* Strong problem solving, planning, quality control, adaptability and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Detailed oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal local supervision.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables

* Process-oriented with experience in documenting processes and procedures
