Assistant Shop Manager
Do you have experience of retail assistant management or team leading skills? Are you well organised and have the ability to motivate a team? Do you have a flair for fashion or experience of second hand/vintage goods? Do you have proven experience of cash handling and embrace IT? If you meet all or some of these requirements and have desire for providing great customer service then our client wants you on their team.
They are looking for a new Assistant Shop Manager to join their Charity Shop Retail Team, working from their brand new Charity Shop in Lewes Road, Brighton. You will support the Shop Manager 14 hours per week over two days to help them recruit and manage a great team of volunteers and achieve maximum income to support the charitable works of their charity.
You will additionally be expected to provide cover for the Retail Shop Manager when they are off, including a minimum 6 weeks Full Time Annual Leave cover per year.
They will provide you with all the training you need and a great team to work with.
Role: Assistant Shop Manager
Hours: Part Time, 14 hours per week over 2 days. Additional hours covering staff absence and annual leave across the year.
Location: Lewes Road, Brighton
Salary: £7.80 per hour
