Location: Alton, Hampshire
Great opportunity to manage the delivery of services to a growing people services provider in Alton. They have seen phenomenal expansion as a result of increased investment and are now seeking a people focused Team Leader to lead and develop a team.
You will provide hands on team leadership and shape the strategic direction of services.
Applicants must have strong leadership skills with experience of leading a team in a contact centre environment (or similar).
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a customer focused team
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives across the team
- People Management
- Client engagement
- Staff Training and development
- Attending regular client meetings
- Managing performance staff
- Review and report on team performance
- Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the business
Applicants should have:
- Prior experience of managing a team in a busy SLA/KPI focused environment
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to think strategically
- A proven track record of developing strong client relationships
