Location: Alton, Hampshire

Salary: GBPnegotiable

Great opportunity to manage the delivery of services to a growing people services provider in Alton. They have seen phenomenal expansion as a result of increased investment and are now seeking a people focused Team Leader to lead and develop a team.

You will provide hands on team leadership and shape the strategic direction of services.

Applicants must have strong leadership skills with experience of leading a team in a contact centre environment (or similar).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a customer focused team
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives across the team
  • People Management
  • Client engagement
  • Staff Training and development
  • Attending regular client meetings
  • Managing performance staff
  • Review and report on team performance
  • Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the business

Applicants should have:

  • Prior experience of managing a team in a busy SLA/KPI focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • The ability to think strategically
  • A proven track record of developing strong client relationships
