The main focus of this role is to provide high level assistance to an allocation of legal advisers within the Financial Services and Disputes Investigations team. We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and organised legal secretary, with previous experience as a junior legal secretary, to provide an appropriate split of secretarial and administrative support to a team of junior legal advisers.

Key responsibilities:

• Provision of full secretarial, PA and administrative support
• Managing the workflow of typing, making appropriate use of the firm's inhouse service
• Highly proactive and responsive diary management
• Organising travel and assisting in the organisation of events
• High volume billing and problem-solving
• Organising internal and external meetings, to include co-ordinating reports and agendas.
• Restaurant bookings for lunches/dinners
• Acting as liaison point for clients and colleagues
• Dealing and screening calls, delivering a positive client experience
• Providing secretarial cover for holiday and sickness absences
• File opening/closing
• Management of emails/correspondence
• Paper and electronic filing

Skills and experience:

• Experience of providing legal secretarial/PA support to junior fee-earners
• Experience of billing and finance tasks would be useful
• Experience of arranging business travel would be usefull
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems
