We have 2 Administrator positions available working for a large financial institution based in Canary Wharf.
This leading Financial Services Company seeks an experienced Administrator with a strong corporate/financial services background, ideally in banking or insurance.
The successful candidate will primarily be working with the Business Support team in the Intelligence Department. The role will involve assisting a team of three administrators who provide business support to a department of 68 staff.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling 1-2-1s, team meetings and external meetings.
- Ensuring visitors passes and catering facilities are in place for external visitors
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Diary Management
- Detailed use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Macros
- Dealing with enquiries and taking telephone messages
- Distribution and logging of post
- Arranging travel, accommodation and couriers
- Scanning, Printing and Binding
- General administration for the team
Requirements to apply:
- 2-3 years experience working within a financial institution
- Experience of working in a team
- Diary management experience
- Excel and word expertise
- Administrative/business support experience
