Supports the international team's effectiveness and coordinates cases by performing administrative tasks including the management of documentation to be submitted to the court, liaise with clients in order to have paperwork returned; organise the certification and legalisation of documents. The Role will report directly to an individual case manager and assist her in in a variety of tasks.
- Organise the flow of important electronic and paper documents in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring these are accessible to authorised personnel when needed
- Use a clear, pleasant and polite telephone voice to receive and redirect calls to the appropriate individual
- Undertake general administrative support tasks, such as filing and document management
