Your new role
Looking for a competent, hardworking and diligent administrator, with experience in good IT skills, have good geographical knowledge and able to work alone, as well as part of a team.
As an office support assistant, you will support the Customer Service team by taking responsibility for:
*Initial telephone support, online and mobile devices. Transfer to departments as necessary *Activation of systems via web site *Help Support department in their day to day tasks *Help Sales Associate in their day to day tasks *Ensuring all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner. *Show in-depth understanding of the administration function and processes and continually look for ways to work more effectively
What you'll need to succeed
Looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop, with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to act independently.
Key skills would be; Good communicator IT skills, Excellent customer service ethic Reliable Attention to detail
