New office administrator role based in Esher, Surrey working for a growing business. The role will be supporting a number of colleagues within the office in duties such as uploading documents on the system and using excel. The role will be paying GBP18,000 per annum and will be on a temporary to permanent basis.

  • Assisting with documentation management
  • Uploading schedules on excel
  • Answering telephone enquiries and directing to the relevant person
  • Uploading documents onto sage system
  • Filing and scanning
  • Franking post
  • Taking in deliveries
  • General office administration for the team


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of working within an office environment
  • Available on short notice
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems
  • Excellent organisation skills
