Are you are looking to work for a creative, modern, future facing law firm? CMS are looking to hire an HR Assistant to ensure the delivery of a proactive and high quality HR service to the business.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include;

To provide proactive, timely and high quality HR support, handling day to day matters such as employee and manager queries, probation discussions, exit interviews, maternity/paternity/parental leave, flexible working applications, absence, health and performance management, with professionalism, commerciality and a high level of customer service.

Supporting HR Advisors and HR Business Partners on complex employee relations and HR issues.

To support cyclical HR activity such as performance reviews and annual reward cycle.

Work with colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the HR function.

Keeping abreast of changes to employment legislation

Ensure smooth handling of workflow to the HR Admin team.

Ensure Filesite is reviewed periodically for consistency of data labelling and filing.

About you

Analytical skills - MI, reporting and use of IT.

Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Able to build relationships at all levels based on trust, respect and service delivery.

Proactive customer service focus and flexible approach to working in a busy team.

Can do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
