Responsibilities

We are seeking a Client Deliverables Technology Analyst candidate to join our Client Services team. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Build a thorough understanding of presentation structure on the new technology platform and support ongoing maintenance (includes metadata handling, rules-based logic application, and impact of stored configurations).
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of problems related to internal publishing software (Seismic).
  • Assessment and triage of data related issues and questions for automated materials.
  • Maintenance of reporting configurations in the CRM tool (Salesforce).
  • Provide expertise and support for user-defined spreadsheet data used in materials (OneView Sheets).
  • Track customisation requests to establish trends and assist with prioritisation of technical enhancements.
  • Gather regional requirements for fulfilling client and marketing publishing needs.
  • Assist with customisations and specialised materials.
  • Work with multilingual dictionaries and documents.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
  • Assist with training and best practices for the global support model.
  • Adhere to internal format standards to ensure accuracy and quality control.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
  • Administration of workflow tools: customising queues, setting up users and groups.


Qualifications

Specific qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience.
  • Experience using the following; content management systems (e.g. Seismic), Adobe Acrobat Professional, CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce), Mac OS X, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and queue management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • The ability to work independently, in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Language skills (especially German) is desired.
