Working as part of a busy and friendly team, the successful candidate will provide a range of administrative services and support for the Mortgage Department. Duties will include;
- Maintaining in-house database
- Ensuring client details are listed and processed correctly
- Administration of mortgage applications

- Liaising with lenders, clients and solicitors to see the case through to satisfactory completion
- General office admin

No relevant experience is necessary as training will be provided, however the company are looking for the someone who does have the following:
- Good Microsoft Office skills (including Word and Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of providing some administrative support, ideally within an office environment
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent telephone manner
