Overview - Business Development Manager We are looking for Self-Employed Business Development Managers with B2B sales experience to join our clients' rapidly expanding team. Working closely with some of the most successful individuals within the Card Merchant Services Industry, you will be given the support and freedom to grow your own book of business and maximise your income. The Role - Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling Card Merchant Service solutions to SME business owners. Representing one of the most established brands in the market, you will be required to seek out new opportunities to build and develop relationships within your designated territory. The role will involve: - Identifying potential clients - Visiting business owners to carry out Fact Find - Presenting Findings and demonstrate savings opportunities - Closing Sales - Providing basic training to clients in Post-Sale visit - Introducing additional relevant services to clients - Cultivating and Maintaining a pipeline to ensure steady flow of New Sales The Skills - Business Development Manager The role of Business Development Manager will demand the very best of your Communication and Rapport Building Skills. You will be expected to attend local Networking meetings and events (subsidies available), to build and enhance your reputation within your local area. The role will require: - Clear and Effective Communication Skills - Strong Rapport Building Skills - Ability to deal with a variety of clients across a broad range of industry sectors - Confidence to get the most from attending Networking meetings and events - Ability to develop relationships from scratch - Experience of a B2B Sales environment would be preferred - Ability to think on your feet and identify opportunities ThePerson- Business Development Manager To be successful in this Self-Employed role you will be need to be a self-starter with a genuine hunger to succeed. OTE in Year 1 is £45,000 - £60,000 (uncapped). With a generous residual income commission scheme in place, your income can grow by up to £20,000 per year (uncapped) thereafter.
