Graham Matthews are a specialist recruitment company that supply high calibre candidates across the Healthcare and Technology sector on contract, interim and permanent basis. We have been growing significantly over the last 2 years gaining new customers weekly. We have now reached a stage where we have the need to develop our back office function and build a team to support the operations of the business for our next phase of growth.
We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator/ Manager to assist with the following:
- CRM (Engage) training & management
- Track consultant activity and compile reports
- Manage staff targets and KPI's
- Manager Activity reports
- General office management
- Manage monthly / quarterly incentives, quotes, bookings and logistics
- Management of our contractors (100+)
- Contractor timesheet portal management
- Contractor compliance
- Manage all our social media on a day to day basis - LinkedIn, Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Talent attraction
- General management of CEO's administrative tasks
