Interquest Solutions are working on behalf of their client, a growing renowned electronics company, looking for an intern to join the team and provide support to the business Intelligence Manager.

Job purpose

The Customer Reporting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and technical support for Data Management processes for the company's global accounts. The role will also be responsible for the provision of standard reporting to major accounts.
Coordination of reporting inputs from a variety of sources both locally and globally and providing contracted reports to required deadlines.


*Administration of various software tools which are used to support the Global business
*Work closely with local companies and partners across Europe and other regions to obtain data needed to support commercial and operational requirements.
*Produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
*Ability to quickly and efficiently disseminate data using MS Excel and other MS related analysis tools
*Excellent organisation and communication skills
*Data cleansing of the various databases used for reporting

Knowledge, skills and experience required

*Must be process driven, with an analytical/logical approach to business tasks/needs.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS analysis packages
*Ability to be highly organised and operate in a dynamic industry with strict deadlines.
*Excellent communications skills both written and orally and have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Globally
*A professional presence, vocabulary and communication skills are essential
*Independent working
*Attention to detail

Key results area

*Identify and record risks and issues and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders and management
*Extract data from various the company's systems
*Transform data into required reporting format
*Load data into reporting systems
*Coordinate and manage the collection of data from companies and partners
*Creation and provision of standard reports to internal and external customers

Communications and working relationships

*Reporting Team - provide support on the collection of data from companies and partners globally and management of internal monitoring tools used for reporting
*Divisional Stakeholders - provide support for data requests from internal customers in support of the global business
*Group divisions in other regions including Asia Pacific, Americas and Japan
*Support BI Manager to implement data quality processes as part of a project methodology
*Company Annuity & Service - support internal and external reporting
Scope for impact

*The Customer Reporting Coordinator should be proactive in their approach and be able to identify and initiate data quality processes
*Monitor and report on internal KPI's and identify areas of improvement
*Involvement in various global projects designed to enhance business intelligence services
*Work in an International business environment engaging with stakeholders globally across the group.
