We are representing a leading Financial Advisor with an emphasis on Investment and Portfolio Management. Established in 1979, they now offer a world-class service to a world-wide audience and have successfully grown their assets under management to a significant GBP64bn.
Their financial planning department provides regulated advice to clients and prospects on areas of business such as Pension Transfers, Bond Surrenders, Investment Taxation and Structure Suitability. Their financial planning team requires an Administrator to join them to assist in all aspects of Financial Planning Team's operations, including but not limited to, following up with 3rd party providers, helping prepare transfer paperwork, entering pension and investment bond data into proprietary software, conducting analysis of prospective clients' existing holdings, and formatting and producing recommendation materials. The position entails handling of confidential and proprietary material.
The successful candidate will follow up with pension and investment bond providers to ensure that all necessary information is on file in order to complete a recommendation, gather fee and performance information on prospective clients' holdings, communicate with external SIPP administrators.
Their ideal candidate will be a university graduate with ideally a year's experience in a financial services environment. You will have a good eye for detail, be incredibly organised and be capable of managing your daily workload which can be interchangeable.
If successful, my client will pay a competitive base salary of GBP27,000 + a bi annual discretionary bonus + incredible benefits including pension scheme, private health and dental cover, cycle to work scheme, travel bursary and lots of other deals on vouchers for dining out, shopping and holidays. You will also be encouraged to progress your career by taking exams if it's what you wish. All exam and study costs are supported.
