One star restaurant jobs - all levels - amazing opportunity!
INISCA are looking to recruit hospitality staff of all disciplines for a very exciting new project due to launch in central London over the coming months. Headed up by one of the industry's most dynamic operators, this stunning venue will offer food at a minimum of 1* Michelin level and the ambition is to be one of the capital's great dining venues.
A great deal is expected of all those involved with this exciting launch, but for the people that make it through this is a career defining opportunity.
At this stage their are a number of roles available both FOH and BOH:
- Waiting staff
- Restaurant manager
- Asst restaurant manager
- Head chef
- Head pastry chef
- Breakfast chef
- Junior sous
The rates of pay are competitive and highly negotiable for the management level roles.
To be considered for the Head chef, Pastry chef, Sous chef, Restaurant Manager and Asst Restaurant Manager you MUST have experience of working at a 1* Michelin level.
For all other roles, experience will be assessed on a case by case basis with preference to those with a fine dining background.
