I am currently partnering with a globally recognised business who are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to join their team in London.
The role will offer the candidate excellent scope to be an integral part of the Reward team with a focus on the full spectrum of Compensation activities.
The role will have a strategic focus across a global division and will have full interaction with senior business units and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage the full scope of the annual pay review cycle including stakeholder management and project management. This will include process governance and any communication across the division population.
• You will be supporting senior leaders in the RemCo process including preparing DRR's, sourcing accurate market research, and drafting papers relevant to the process.
• You will be responsible for Benchmarking requirements including ensuring managers are fully up to date with relevant survey data.
• You will be responsible for managing the global bonus process including senior executive pay. This will involve making sure the process runs as smoothly as possible and that all key communication is administered correctly.
• The role will have full accountability for Long Term Incentive Plans and any deferred compensation projects.
• The position may have some M&A work and could involve harmonising populations across the business.

Person Specification
• Deep experience in a senior reward role with a focus on compensation activity.
• Experience of leading and developing a reward/compensation team.
• RemCo exposure is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft office including advance excel skill.
