Building Society Cashier - GBP15,000 - (Apprentices Considered)

(Mon to Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 9am - 12pm with a day off in lieu during the week)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and well presented individual to join their team your role will include general day to day banking as well as opening and closing accounts.

Full training is given however candidates must be computer literate and have some general adminsitrative know how.

The main part of your role will be handling clients' money and opening accounts on behalf of the Building Society. You must make yourself aware of companies requirements and you must follow and adhere to data protection and the rules and regulations of the building society. You will be given full training on this. No experience is required however candidates must be computer literate, well presented and have a good telephone manner.

The aim of this role is to provide a first class service to all our clients through producing high standards of work and ensuring that all service standards are achieved. Also to ensure that all phone calls are dealt with in a proficient manner, and ensure that all calls are filtered to the Advisers with minimum delay.

Answer incoming phone calls/check voicemails -
Outgoing calls to new & existing clients.
Request documents from clients
Keep provider literature up to date
Book client appointments for all advisers
Contact clients - By phone, email and/or post.
