Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

You need to be a Psychology Graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 in your Psychology (or related subject) - graduation from a Russell Group university would be advantageous. Little or no experience of working in schools need not be a concern - the important qualifications that you need are a strong, vibrant personality and an ability to communicate expressively with your learners and colleagues. Above all, the school needs someone who has a real desire and passion for working with children and assisting them on their learning journey.

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

You will be a central member of the school's SEN department, providing support in the subjects which lie within your specialist area of knowledge and expertise. The learners who you will be working with require close attention to their specific and specialized learning needs and you will be required to build up a relationship of mutual trust and engagement.
