Receptionist / PA
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist / PA to join a growing Wealth Management firm.
The company are opening new offices and so this is a newly created role for the post holder to make their own mark.
The main focus of this vacancy will involve the following duties:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them accordingly
- Responding to emails
- Diary management
