Shotoku designs and manufactures high-end robotic camera systems for TV Broadcasters in the UK, and across the world, from our facility in Sunbury-on-Thames. We require an efficient and professional Office Assistant to work 2 or 3 days a week within our busy environment undertaking general office duties as well as preparing and organising international shipments. Working with the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be involved in administration of the Customer Support team as well as general company office duties. Experience of booking and managing EU and non-EU shipments is necessary, involving large high value systems, is required. Arranging and tracking customer returns and repairs will also be a regular part of the role.

Competence in computer use and MS EXCEL/WORD/OUTLOOK etc. is essential. Some telephone answering and routing will be involved.
