Our client is a visionary company who are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join there busy and dynamic team, to provide full support to the Head Receptionist. The role is a temporary assignment but may have the opportunity to go permanent.
You will be responsible for providing full reception service as well as carrying out other associated duties. Whilst at all times endorsing and maintaining a tidy, organised and friendly working environment for clients and your colleagues.
You need to be able to demonstrate a bright and professional telephone manner. Have a confident personality and be well presented. Have strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft office. Be punctual with a high level of reliability and integrity. Have good organisational skills, be able to multi task and work under your own initiative.
It is a wonderful opportunity for you if you are looking for your first office role. You would be best suited for the role if you have worked in a customer facing environments. Hold qualifications to a A 'level or higher and have a full clean driving licence.
