Graduate Team Assistant / Coordinator
We are looking for an intelligent, well spoken and professional graduate to join our client. This is working for a growing company!
This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate with some administration or project coordination experience looking for a challenge. This company will grow and develop you, this a fantastic role with room for growth and progression.
We are looking for a graduate with at least a 2.1 in their degree.
Your main duties will be to support and oversee the smooth running of administration between the consultant, client and candidate including:
- Manage multiple projects at once and prioritising important projects
- Liaising with candidates and clients
- Act on behalf of the consultant when needed, attending briefing meetings, supporting with document processes, account management, taking interview feedback
- Engage and lead on 'special' projects
- Ensure the efficient running of office space
- Promote sales activity in teams
- Organising BD meetings
