We are looking for an intelligent, well spoken and professional graduate to join our client. This is working for a growing company!

This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate with some administration or project coordination experience looking for a challenge. This company will grow and develop you, this a fantastic role with room for growth and progression.

We are looking for a graduate with at least a 2.1 in their degree.

Your main duties will be to support and oversee the smooth running of administration between the consultant, client and candidate including:

  • Manage multiple projects at once and prioritising important projects
  • Liaising with candidates and clients
  • Act on behalf of the consultant when needed, attending briefing meetings, supporting with document processes, account management, taking interview feedback
  • Engage and lead on 'special' projects
  • Ensure the efficient running of office space
  • Promote sales activity in teams
  • Organising BD meetings
