A leading business based in Theale is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their team.

This role sits within the Customer Service Team, providing administrative support for departmental activities including raising invoices and credit notes, taking responsibility for assigning all un-assigned CRM activities, assisting with warehouse queries and providing general back-up. The role will be split between Team activities and providing assistance to departmental Manager, assisting with creating a returns matrix, updating and maintaining Process and Procedure Manuals, reporting and other adhoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Take responsibility of all unassigned account queries and redirect as appropriate
  • Raising Credit Notes
  • Raising Invoices
  • Raising warehouse queries, managing and resolving queries
  • Obtaining manufacturers returns requirements and creating a returns matrix
  • Updating and Process and Procedure Manuals
  • Assisting departmental Manager with Reporting
  • Management of ad hoc activities as required

Previous Experience/Skills;

  • Experience of working within a busy, pressurised environment.
  • Excellent Communicator to all levels
  • Self- Motivated/ability to work unsupervised
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Must be flexible with a 'can do' attitude
  • PC/systems literate with good excel and power point skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and react to changing situations
  • Able to work within tight guidelines and conform to strict SLA's
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail

If you have used Microsoft Dynamics CRM system this would be highly advantageous

Salary GBP19k + benefits
