Our client is a small family run agency based in Borehamwood and have been in business for over two decades. They are now merging with a rival Estate Agency, bringing exiting expansion plans to the business. They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, bright and experienced Administrator with a good work ethic for their Lettings department.

Customer service is at the forefront of their business ethics, they offer an honest hands-on and bespoke service, as they have regularly won review rating awards for the service they provide. Their first Landlord is still actively instructing them and people come back because of their service and commitment. It is important that they find the right candidate to be part of this set-up.

The ideal candidate will require a good phone manner, a great work ethic, good IT skills, will process offers, will deal with expiries, renewals, check outs, deposits, booking out keys and some very basic accounts, such as putting on invoices. The company use CFP and Alto software packages however if a candidate has not used these it is not a problem as training will be provided. Previous experience in an Estate Agency or a similar administration role is preferred.

The ideal candidate should be able to get to the office with a reasonable commute to Borehamwood.

Hours Mon - Friday 09.00 - 18.00
Salary GBP20K - GBP25K depending on experience.
