Our client is a leading and dynamic service business in the South West London area, about to move into new offices they are stepping into a really exciting stage of development.

Due to growth the business is eager to recruit an experienced office administrator who will ensure the ongoing smooth running of this market leading company.

Full Time, permanent

Salary negotiable on experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Office management
  • Capable of working under pressure in a very busy service department
  • Ability to multi-task and work on their own initiative to prioritise jobs
  • Dealing with day to day problems involving queries from customers
  • Issuing/processing renewals/quotations to customers
  • Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Keeping track of warranty claims
