How will we support you?
Your Senior Coordinator Steph knows how important it is for new starters to have a full understanding of the intricate systems/processes of the role which is why you will learn as you go and have a dedicated buddy throughout your training period.
You will also be given in-house training where required on things like Microsoft Excel as well as the IT systems used to do the job.
We understand how important progression is, which is why this role/team is perfect to build a career from. With a number of people who have gone on to internal promotions/moves within the company. An example of this is Jonathan who started his QA career in this very role and has been promoted to our Professional Services Scheduling team.
The team is made up of nine people who will make you feel welcome from day one and with a relaxed atmosphere that is fun and sociable but has a strong work ethic.
