Our client is currently on the lookout for an administrator to join their busy organisation. The role will also include some receptionist duties.
The role will include:
- Answering the telephone in a clear, polite and confident manner, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- First point of contact for callers
- Greet persons entering the building
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation electronically
- General administrative and clerical support
- Prepare letters and documents
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills
- Have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Have good working knowledge Word and Excel software applications
- Have knowledge of both internal and external customer service principles and practices
