Job Title: Operations Manager - Controlled Parking

Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Standard days Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 (1hr for lunch)

My client based in leafy Beaconsfield is looking for a proactive and flexible person who can take ownership and accountability. You will need have a good commercial awareness and be able to make decisions. A strong team ethic is a must and the ability to also be able to work independently and use your initiative effectively.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To monitor all systems and processes for Plate Recognition

• Coordinate all new installations

• To manage all supporting processes

• Oversee all validation and ensure regulations are adhered to

• Liaison with external suppliers

• Ensure all documentation is processed

• Manage all operational duties

• Prepare monthly reports

• Conduct analysis of success rates

• Be a central point of contact internally relating to plate recognition

• Support Sales team with Plate Recognition knowledge

Person Specification:

• Answering a high volume of emails and maintaining a rapid response rate

• Building relationships with new and existing clients.

• Balancing client requirements within regulatory guidelines

• You will need to be multi skilled within the role and be able to maintain the highest of standards even when under pressure

• Have an excellent attention to detail

• Demonstrate strong time management


• Previous experience within Plate Recognition environment

• Highly organised and customer focused

• Experience of working within a fast paced environment with a desire to exceed expectations

• Ability to communicate with all internal/external contacts and clients in a confident, professional and positive manner

• To work as part of a team and manage change whilst adopting a positive attitude if faced with challenging situations.

• Be able to deal with verbal and written instructions.

• Competent in all Microsoft office applications

• Ability to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests or written requests


• Able to take ownership and accountability when making commercial decisions

• Ability to deal with information with discretion

• Flexible and adaptable approach

• Pro-active and capable of working on own initiative
