We are looking for someone who loves IT and keen to develop. The Trainee IT Support role would suit someone with some technical experience and knowledge. So you may have built your own home environment or have general IT skills which you are keen to grow on.

Daily activities are driven by team checklists and customer requirements, and will range from responding to customer emails and calls, call records, investigating failtures and applying fixes.

The NOC team work on a shift basis which includes Day, Night, Weekend and Bank Holiday working. You will also be required to be part of an informal standby rota. A shift allowance will be paid in respect of this.

Essential Requirements: (Trainee IT Support)

- Knowledge of Linux
- Experience with helpdesk tools within an ITIL environment.
- Disciplined, organised and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good GCSE qualifications
