We are working on behalf of a highly respected financial services product provider who are currently seeking a Team Manager to join them on an initial 12-month fixed term maternity contract.
This is a varied and challenging position where you will be fully responsible for the all day-to-day management, recruitment, motivation, coaching and training & development for a team of up to 10 members of staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and training, in order to ensure that the necessary resources are available to meet agreed standards of performance.
Additionally, you will be further responsible for actively monitoring service delivery against required standards, ensuring compliance and internal standards are documented, participate in specific projects and change initiatives and effectively communicate across other areas of the business, in order to monitor the working relationships of team members etc.
As someone who is highly organised, with previous experience of working within the pensions industry, you will possess financial services, mortgage, customer service environment, it is essential that you possess proven leadership skills, that includes service excellence and staff development, coupled with a structured and organised approach.
