Are you a Global Mobility Consultant, looking for their next exciting role? Or Maybe you're ready to take the next step in your Mobility Career. I currently represent a Global Relocation Services company, who are currently looking to bring on a Global Mobility Consultant in to their growing team in Park Royal.

As the Global Mobility Consultant, some of your responsibilities will be:

- Manage the full relocation cycle of the relocating employees including VIP moves;
- Understand and comply with the specific client policies and service requirements;
- Carry out the pre assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employee;
- Coordinate/manage suppliers (internal & external); including but not limited to Destination Services, Visa and Immigration, Household Goods etc;
- Review and approve supplier invoices;
- To ensure that all services are billed for in a timely manner;
- Prepare weekly status reports for all ongoing assignments;
- Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements;
- Participate in ongoing training and internal seminars to enable professional development.

As the Global Mobility Consultant you will ideally have the following:

- Fluent English (Additional languages are an advantage);
- Demonstrable experience in a Global Mobility specialist capacity either in-house or within the Relocation industry
- Familiarity and experience with all Office Products (Especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web based software.
