Checkout.com is actively seeking a resourceful Project Manager with a can-do attitude to join our Engineering Team and deliver a set of initiatives to improve the capability of our people, the efficiency of our products and the scalability of our Company.Working side by side with various Developers, Product owners and collaborating with many business stakeholders internally, the Project Manager will work on a range of projects to enhance our Product Development environment. In this role, you will juggle short-term deliverables (e.g. new product features development) and long-term goals (e.g. new methodologies and processes implementation), focusing on immediate needs at hand and visualising the bigger picture. ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering and definition with business stakeholders and product ownersEnsure the scope of work is clearly defined and document everythingCommunicate project status and plans, and manage dependenciesHighlight, report and manage project risks & issuesCoordinate Engineering resourcing and timescales About You5+ years hands-on Project Management experience in a fast-paced and high growth environment, ideally in the e-commerce/FinTech industry.Exposure to and understanding of a range of software development life-cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, etc)Experience of tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence and GithubExcellent organisation skills, ability to adhere to deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of deliverySuperb communication skills, ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary people at all levels across the organisationExperience working with remote teams is a plusRecognised Project Management qualification is a plus
