The OpportunityWe are looking for two Team Assistants to join us in our central London office and provide high level, and general administrative support. These are fantastic roles for candidates with some office admin experience to join a fast paced and dynamic iNGO. In these key roles, you will support with diary management, meeting arrangements, minute taking, and ensuring timely completion of actions as required; help organise international business travel arrangements and support with the production of power point presentations, and pre-reads. On a personal level you'll be highly proactive and conscientious, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to maintain confidence.The roles offer a salary range of GBP23-25Kpa, dependent on experience, 30 days annual leave, and the opportunity to join our pension scheme.The organisationWe employ approximately 17,000 people across the globe and work on the ground in over 50 countries to help children affected by crises, or those that need better healthcare, education and protection.
