An exciting opportunity has arisen for an excellent individual to join our busy Facilities Management Team to provide wide ranging support to the Facilities Team and organisation.

About the role

Based in our Head Office, the role will cover switchboard and reception duties as well as servicing meeting rooms and associated equipment including troubleshooting, mail room duties and a variety of office administration duties. As a well organised and experienced Front of House Assistant you will be responsible for delivering a world class customer focussed service which will ensure that staff and visitors are provided with the facilities, support, equipment and information needed.

About you

You will have proven experience in a customer facing environment, be a forward planner with the ability to solve practical issues and troubleshoot equipment failures. You need to be able to multi-task and think on your feet. To be successful in this role, you will excellent communication skills and time management skill. Every day in the Facilities Management Team is different and this role proves this.

You will work a 7 hour day between the hours of 8am and 6pm dependent on the operational needs of the charity.
