Senior PR Manager
Start-up lifestyle brand are searching for a PR / Senior PR Manager or Head of PR to join their business.
Venture capitalist backed business who have over doubled their revenue year on year, raising over 9 million in investments this year. Now the brand will be progressing into the European market with ambitious and aggressive growth strategies.
A leading lifestyle business creating bespoke products that have attracted thousands of customers and have now swelled to a larger and growing UK based team.
Currently the brand have been using an external agency for all their PR support, but the idea was always to take their communications plan in-house. They currently also sell in France, Germany, The Netherlands, Ireland and Sweden however further European and US expansion will be coming next.
The senior management team is made up of people from some of the biggest and most well-known commercial/consumer businesses you would have heard of and are spearheading the way to making this brand a global success.
This role will be the lead PR for the brand reporting into the CMO, this role will look after all elements of the communications plan from helping devise the corporate PR, consumer PR, financial press to dealing with the interior press and managing the product placement. As the company is so innovative you'll also help profile the senior leadership team and work across all their digital PR. If you also have a passion for blogger / influencer and experiential PR you'll be able to work across all those element of the communications strategy.
This is a highly strategic and important role for the company as they look to bring the comms in-house. You'll be tasked with working across not only proactive but reactive PR as well and will help define what the business does, making sure they are across every opportunity they can be.
You'll be a leader and an innovator - this brand understands that experience doesn't always equal better but if you are smart, strategic and entrepreneurial you'll be a pivotal piece in the comms pie.
- You'll be an experienced PR professional with over 5+ years PR experience
- Agency or in-house background
- Large consumer brand experience
- Understanding and experience working across consumer and corporate PR
- Someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and likes working across a linear structure.
Salary is very open at the moment but we are looking at 40-80k for the right candidate.
