About:Serco Group plc is an international services company delivering essential services for the public sector. Our highly successful Health business work in partnership with the BARTS NHS Trust providing a range of support services including the management and co-ordination of vital patient transport services across the BARTS hospitals in East London. The Role:For this busy and demanding role we are looking for a number of Customer Service / helpdesk Co-ordinators to deliver a professional and customer focused helpdesk for all facilities management service requests across a number of hospitals, which comprise this contract for the prestigious BARTS NHS Trust situated in East London.The team will receive, log, report and allocate the appropriate response to all requests for services. Requests will be received via a variety of customer channels including phone and e-mail. The helpdesk centrally co-ordinates requirements for all hospitals within the contract and operates on a 24/7, 365 days per annum basis. Skills Required:We are looking for candidates who have similar experience, who have strong customer care skills. The ideal candidates will have good IT skills, and able to quickly navigate around new systems.
