About the RoleBuild talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns and engage with talents throughout the entire recruitment processCollaborate with the Business, Engineering, Finance and Operations departments to understand hiring needs and team goalsBuild compelling job descriptions, advertise them on appropriate channels / job boardsSearch for candidates through the use of various social medias, professional networks and alternative search techniquesAct as the first point of contact for all applications, managing our ATSConduct phone screenings and provide Managers with exhaustive feedback Coordinate interviews across various mediums and time zones, arrange technical testsGreet candidates when they attend interviews making them feel welcomeConduct reference checks and other background checks as necessaryMaintain relationships with critical talent pipelines, internal business partners and while ensuring an engaging and memorable candidate experienceOrganise and attend recruitment fairs to attract candidatesKeep up to date with best practices around candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies, trends and technologyAbout You3+ years talent acquisition experience in a busy high-growth environment, preferably in the Ecommerce/Technology/FinTech industryA proven track record of recruiting Technical profiles (e.g. Engineers, Designers etc.)Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and mediumsAbility to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationshipsLaser focused, with an excellent attention to detailSuperb communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of integrity and ability to display confidentiality at all timesSelf-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal driveSpirited team player, willing to nurture a unique office culture that we call "home"BSc in HR, Business, Communication or related - MSc preferred
