Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a highly reputable architecture practice on an initial 5 month contract in London. Our client is an international practice that specialises in the design and build of retail and hospitality projects. With a wealth of knowledge and experience working on some of the world's most notable projects, they have gained a catalogue of esteemed clients. This would be the perfect opportunity for candidates seeking valuable career experience working on an exciting European project.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating detailed models and drawings based on the information given by the design team. You will be required to liaise with clients to ensure work is accurate and meets the quality and standards of the brief. You may also be requested to assist with the mentoring of junior team members, and liaison with other stakeholders.

Essential skills, experience and attributes:

- Proven experience using Revit software
- Extensive experience within a similar role
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed models and drawings for all stages of the design process
- Some knowledge of European building regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Experience working on multi-million pound retail projects would be an advantage
