Account Director (Music Partnerships)

This global, brand experience agency are looking for an experience Account Director to join their team, responsible for the management of one of their key accounts. The role will see you being the brand guardian for the client's international music events and sponsorship programme.
Reporting into the agency Managing Partner, you will be responsible for leading, nurturing and managing an established team of 6
You'll be leveraging rights and managing assets across a variety of international partnerships and managing multiple stakeholders
Utilising a creative brain to exploit assets, to ensure new and exciting solutions are created to sell the programme
Establishing and developing solid, open and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Securing and promoting, artist partnership opportunities to sell tickets
Implementing marketing strategies drive sales and promote events
Negotiating with promoters and agents to secure global music artists for the programme
Evolve and develop sponsorship activation platforms and strategies for the client as required
You must come with a genuine passion for entertainment and live music and will have a solid career developed in the music industry
In depth knowledge of ticketing, brand partnerships and concert promotion
Experience delivering across multiple international markets
Proven experience managing complex relationships and multiple stakeholders, with the ability to develop excellent relationships
Ability to lead and manage a team and their output
Proven experience working in a busy environment, managing multiple projects at any one time.
Comfortable in devising and implementing strategy
