Leigh Day is seeking to hire a proactive, efficient Recruitment Assistant to join its busy Human Resources Team. If you are enjoy fast pace recruitment and are looking to join a growing law firm, this may be ideal for you!

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruitment Assistant will work closely with colleagues in the recruitment and HR teams to help provide an excellent recruitment service to the Partnership. The role will assist with the full recruitment life cycle for legal and business service hires.

To be successful you must demonstrate commitment to building a career within recruitment and have previous relevant experience within professional services. Legal / partnership experience is desirable, but not essential. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to work with diverse and often senior stakeholders, use own initiative, manage own work load, prioritise tasks and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is essential along with demonstrable competence in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and recruitment databases. Relevant experience in using a cascade application tracker system (ATS) would be highly advantageous. We are looking for an excellent team player with a strong work ethic and good time management skills.
