Corporate Receptionist/Administrator - Immediate Start
Our client, a leading outsource provider are recruiting on behalf of one of their client sites based by Bank. Your main role will be to give an excellent first impression of the company and provide a 5* service at all times. You will be immaculately presented, highly organised and flexible. The role will be on a temp-perm basis where you will temp for 12 weeks via Career Legal then convert onto a permanent contract with our client (PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE). Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30.
Duties will include:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls
- Visitor management
- Responsible for organising access passes
- Book taxis and couriers when required
- Order business cards and stationary
- Arrange inductions for new starters
- Support Facilities team with administration projects
- Reporting on visitors stats
- Upkeep of FM network
- Fire warden
You will be driven, pro-active, approachable and have excellent customer service experience. You must have previous Reception experience ideally from a corporate environment or a 5* hotel. You must be computer literate, have strong administration skills and be able to communicate with clients of all levels both written and verbally.
