Description: The Role Our Heating team delivers real improvements for residents across our 18,000 homes, through the installation of new heating systems, boiler upgrades and planned preventative maintenance of Lewisham Homes' heating appliances. This contributes to resident comfort, welfare and safety. We need a Heating Administrator who aspires to improve this experience for residents through the support they provide to the team. Your main responsibilities will include: • Building excellent working relationships with colleagues and partners • Managing team emails, monitoring spend and processing invoices • Providing broad administrative support for the team • Delivering excellent, reputation-enhancing customer service at all times You must be able to manage competing demands on your time, have good judgement and be able to take a practical approach. This role will provide you with the opportunity and satisfaction of making improvements to the way things are done.
