The Business Support role is a very important position. There are various different aspects of the business that require essential support to ensure that everything runs smoothly and client expectations are always met in line with our service proposition.

The Business Support role can be broken down into 5 main areas:
A. Practice Manager & Office Support
B. Prepare Annual Reviews, updating Client data system, scanning & follow up action points
C. Process of New Business
D. Para Planner Support
E. Director & Marketing Support

Key skills/Experience required

-Basic understanding of the Financial Planning process
-Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
-Prioritise and plan own workload
-Organise and support Financial Planners and Para Planners
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to multi-task and be reliable
-Good IT skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Be adaptable as processes and procedures change

-Broad knowledge of financial services world

-Level 3 qualification in Administration, i.e. Award in Financial Administration, Certificate in Investment Operations
-Level 3 qualification in Financial Services, i.e. Certificate in Financial Planning or Certificate in Financial Services
